Strength Training for Endurance Athletes

We will now be introducing strength training tests and 1:1 training sessions for endurance athletes. These sessions will be led by our experienced team at Pain Free Power.

Testing Battery

At Pain Free Power, we take a holistic approach to optomising performance. That's why we have created a specialised strength testing battery designed specifically for cyclists and triathletes.

Our comprehensive assessment helps identify your weaknesses, enabling us to develop a targeted strength training program. The aim of which is to not only to make you stronger but also faster so come next season you can smash those PRs.

Whether you're a seasoned cyclist/triathlete or just starting out, our expert team is here to help you reach your full potential.

Monitoring Progress 

We highly recommend starting with the initial testing battery and then completing a further testing battery to track your progress. With our comprehensive report and radar plot, you will have a visual representation of how you have improved over time. Get ready to take your triathlon training to the next level with our proven strength training techniques.

1:1 Sessions 

After completing the initial testing battery, you will have the opportunity to book personalized 1:1 strength training sessions with PFP in our state-of-the-art gym. These sessions will specifically target your weaknesses and be carefully adapted to meet your unique needs. Get ready to take your cycling or triathlon training to the next level!

60 minute session: 1250 SEK

10 sessions (includes initial/final testing): 10,000 SEK
