Our Bike Fit is our most popular service. Detailed information about our Bike Fit be found here.
Our Bike Setup is a more basic service, which does not include the biomechanical assessment.
A Bike Setup can be an ideal option for those who are newer to cycling. That being said, we would recommend that anyone with any historical or current injuries books a Bike Fit.
Absolutely not! A Bike Fit can be beneficial for cyclists of all levels.
It can increase your comfort on the bike, reduce your risk of injury and improve your performance.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your allotted appointment time will receive a full refund.
If you would like to change the time / date of your appointment, please contact us and we will happily rearrange this for you.
All you need to bring to your appointment is your bike, cycling shoes and the kit you usually ride in.
If you have a tempo bike it is also helpful if you bring your helmet with you and any other items that came with the bike (e.g. spare bolts and spacers).
You are also welcome to bring any additional components (e.g. saddles, shoes, tempo bars) that maybe useful / you would like to test during your appointment.
We would recommend that you book a Follow-Up appointment every 12-18 months so that we can reassess things and check that everything is as it should be on the bike.
However, we would advise getting back in touch sooner if you experience any aches, pains or injuries.
I don’t live near Stockholm. Is it possible to have a mobile Bike Fit?
Yes, we will happily travel for appointments. However, if travel is required it is often preferable for us if there is a group of you looking to book Bike Fits.
This will depend upon the distance and level of service requested. Please get in touch and we can discuss this on an individual basis.
