We are really excited to be working alongside Johan Andersson at Going Long to offer performance testing for both cycling and running at our new studio in Kista, Stockholm!
By measuring blood lactate levels, we can determine your optimum training and racing intensity zones and ensure that you always make the most out of your cycling training. During the test you can use your own bike and power meter (or borrow power meter from us) or use our stationary test bike if you prefer. Using a minimally invasive lancet, blood samples are taken from the ear lobe or index finger for analysis. We measuring lactate, heartrate and RPE-Scale for best results.

Using a minimally invasive lancet, blood samples are taken from the ear lobe or index finger for analysis. We measuring lactate, heartrate and RPE-Scale for best results.
