Testing - Going Long

Are you wanting to see where your fitness is at and to take it to the next level? 


We are really excited to be working alongside Johan Andersson at Going Long to offer performance testing for both cycling and running at our new studio in Kista!

Lactate Test – Bike

By measuring blood lactate levels, we can determine your optimum training and racing intensity zones and ensure that you always make the most out of your cycling training. During the test you can use your own bike and power meter (or borrow power meter from us) or use our stationary test bike if you prefer. Using a minimally invasive lancet, blood samples are taken from the ear lobe or index finger for analysis. We measuring lactate, heartrate and RPE-Scale for best results.


The test report includes:

  • Aerobic threshold (Lt1)
  • Anaerobic Threshold (Lt2/MLSS)
  • Power based intensity zones 1-5
  • Heart rate based intensity zones 1-5
  • Sprint capacity (if you want, a maximal sprint test is needed)
  • Training advice based on the results and your goals


Test duration approx. 1.5-2h
Cost: 1800 Skr

INSCYD Test – Bike

INSCYD is a performance test that takes into account, and connect to one another, the most important metrics for training purposes:

  • VO2max – maximum aerobic capacity
  • VLamax – maximum glycolytic (anaerobic) capacity
  • Anaerobic threshold and how it is composed
  • Accumulation of Lactate and how quick you can recover from it
  • Fat combustion rate and FatMax
  • Carbohydrate combustion during training & racing
  • Economy – how much energy you need at a given speed.
  • Training advice based on the results and your goals


INSCYD is created by Sebastian Weber and used by some of the most successful coaches in the

Lactate Test - Run

zones and ensure that you always make the most out of your run training. During the test you run at different speeds on a treadmill or on a 400m track. Using a minimally invasive lancet, blood samples are taken from the ear lobe or index finger for analysis. We measuring lactate, heartrate and RPE-Scale for best results.


The test report includes:

  • Aerobic threshold (Lt1)
  • Anaerobic Threshold (Lt2/MLSS)
  • Speed based intensity zones 1-5
  • Heart rate based intensity zones 1-5
  • Sprint capacity (if you want, a maximal sprint test is needed)
  • Training advice based on the results and your goals


Test duration approx. 1.5-2h
Cost: 1800 Skr
